What have you found is the simplest way of bluescreening in Final Cut?

In steps: (example is for a flying person)
1. Film background scene
2. Film the 'flying person' with a blue background
3. Put them into FCE
4. In the effects section drag 'blue/green screen' onto the clip with in step 2 (make sure that the clip is in the video track above the background one
5. Doubleclick the clip w/ b/g screen and in the left window do your work.
*Remember I am using FCE not FC

The funny thing is, today, most pros use greensceening. For my next movie, I'm going to have to use green, as both of my main characters wear blue clothing.

Another cool thing you can do is bluescreen a person on a moving backround, not just a still picture. That was what they used to do with cars in old movies. Shoot the people in the car against a bluesceen. Then add a moving backround of a road to it.

You guys have final cut pro!? (I did bluescreening with it at my church a couple times... first hand experience! It's awesome, by the way.)

those ways are good but there is also a way of bluescreening with imovie
thats what I use
